Cauliflower – what a DIVA! 🙂 and just like a diva, it has everything within: looks and taste and we really don’t have to add much to it.
This preparation is as simple as it gets and for that I can’t even call it a recipe. After you try it, you will understand what I’m talking about. This cauliflower diva flavor just shines through…
You will need:
1 Cauliflower
Olive oil
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
Let’s get to work:
Break and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
The easy way is to first remove the connecting leaves from the bottom and then to use the knife in an angle to remove the middle core. The florets will fall right off the core.
Just make sure the florets are more or less equal in size.
Lay florets flat on an oven tray.
Drizzle with olive oil equally. Everybody needs to get a little 🙂
Sprinkle with garlic salt and black pepper. Send to 400° preheated oven.
Roast first for 30 minutes and then using tongs toss and flip the florets to the other side. Continue roasting for about 10 more minutes.
Can you smell it… They are ready!
For a perfect combination serve warm with Tehina on top.

Quick Recipe:
Roasted Cauliflower-
Break and cut Cauliflower to small florets.
Lay florets flat on a tray.
Drizzle with Olive Oil equally.
Sprinkle with Garlic Salt and Black Pepper.
Roast them in a 400° preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Toss and flip florets to the other side and continue roasting for additional 10 minutes.
