Roasted Cauliflower – Low Maintenance Diva

Cauliflower – what a DIVA! 🙂 and just like a diva, it has everything within: looks and taste and we really don’t have to add much to it.

roasted cauliflower ingredientsYou will need:

1 Cauliflower

Olive oil

Garlic Salt

Black Pepper

Let’s get to work:

Cauliflower in focusBreak and cut the cauliflower into small florets.

The easy way is to first remove the connecting leaves from the bottom and then to use the knife in an angle to remove the middle core. The florets will fall right off the core.

Drizzle with olive oil equally. Everybody needs to get a little 🙂

Roast first for 30 minutes and then using tongs toss and flip the florets to the other side. Continue roasting for about 10 more minutes.

For a perfect combination serve warm with Tehina on top. roasted cauliflower on serving dish

Quick Recipe:

Roasted Cauliflower-

Break and cut Cauliflower to small florets.

Lay florets flat on a tray.

Drizzle with Olive Oil equally.

Sprinkle with Garlic Salt and Black Pepper.

Roast them in a 400° preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Toss and flip florets to the other side and continue roasting for additional 10 minutes.
